  We were asked to move to the family area due to having a child with us however this was done a lite rude. Over half of the items on the menu were crossed off and unavailable.

  Just had 3night stay and glad no longer!!!! Where do I start?? I had a room with my 7yr old daughter and was disgusted of the brummie family that are so vile, there children was swearing non stop all night and throwing things at windows they was an embarrasment to the human race, when I reported it. No reception no security and nobody answerd the out of hours line, meanwhile they carried on harrasing others to no avail, nights before no sleep also as music was so loud and not turned down after 10pm babies crying kids tired and no policing. Overall view very chavvy with uninterested bar staff one lady on reception on first night helpful dark hair prity, as my tv wasn't working, I explained next morning about the brummies to a blonde haired receptionist to no avail, so basically come back shatterd angry and disillusioned, if you like kids running around swearing and there parents drinking with them til early hours then this is paradise otherwise taxi!!! Disappointed :@
